Anyone of American Indian descent may obtain medical and dental care through an PHS/IHS Hospital. People are encouraged, prior to returning to school, to fully utilize the medical and dental services available at the local PHS/IHS Hospital or clinic.
Preventive health care may help avoid costly emergency health care while away at school. If the need arises for emergency medical care, while you are away, go to the nearest PHS/IHS Hospital.
