Solvang California

Solvang is located in Santa Barbara County between Buellton and Santa Ynez along Highway 246 in the Santa Ynez Mountains.

Founded in 1911 by Danish settlers from Iowa,the name derives from the Danish word for "sun meadow.It is known as the "Danish capital of America".
